Hey hey!
First time entering the weeklies after years of not playing the game but I had a ton of fun watching the weeklies in the past so I'm gonna try to compete this time.

And I have to say this first puzzle was an amazing start. Really the gift that kept on giving.

(Sad I barely didn't manage to make the website say 0 but I'm pretty happy with this solution - let's hope I'm not last at least.)

(Explanation if needed:) Right chamber is a delay where Arm 1 performs one rotate every 13*6 periods. It takes 5 rotates to send one reagent through. I imagine almost everyone has gone for a similar 'cycle mismatch' delay, but I couldn't find any which took more cycles than this one.

Left chamber stalls by making a polymer (which takes 5 reagents) and then cherrypicks one product while disposing of all the other atoms in one massive period.

The obvious improvement on this design I'm not mad enough for is finding a stall which takes more than 5 reagents by making it so the leftover atoms cause the next polymer to form differently and get rejected completely. (Basically a looping finite-state machine where only one of the states sends a product. EDIT: Is this what people mean when they say conditionals? Probably still reinventing the wheel - but hey at least I'm learning the game. FURTHER EDIT: Discovered Biggie's blog - what a wealth of knowledge, but yes the thing about making a computer/computation puzzles is exactly what I managed to think of but not implement. I'm now definitely convinced top spots are going to be massive period voodoo magic. Goodbye.)
